Culinary creations to be served include a Caribbean table with jerk-marinated pork ribs and skewered shrimp, a Spanish table with tapas, a German table with house-made sausages and a sushi table. Students enrolled in World Cuisine classes help create the menus. - Traverse City Eagle
The fundraising event will also feature auctions for everything from wine and art to golfing and skiing packages. Tickets are $45 and can be bought through the culinary school.
